What value do you place on your mental, physical and spiritual health?



In a world where the majority of people in the United States will fall under the realm of senior citizen and Elder, one's overall health is critical to staying engaged in living. The Baby Boomers are entering middle age and will be dealing with health difficulties in some manner, be that of caretaker or facing one's own mortality due to failing health. People are living longer and thus, it is imperative one is able to self-nurture and manage life in the mental, physical and spiritual realms. Each of us is interconnected to our whole being in all three aspects. For example, if you develop a debilitating physical ailment, it zaps your motivation and energy potentially leading to depression and anxiety and loss of hope [mental well-being]. As a result, you may lose your sense of purpose and see life as no longer having meaning [spiritual well-being] leading to, once again, being on the hamster wheel going around and around.

So, in looking for help professionally as a way of reconnecting to your whole being and living life a fully as possible in spite of new limitations, your search will include getting quaility service for the money you pay out.  


Payment for services are to be made at the time of the service. For anyone covered by insurance, I will be happy to provide you with the paperwork so you can handle your insurance in a way that is best for you.

My FEE for a one hour session is currently $100.
I also am offering a package of 12 sessions for $800 [a savings of $400].

Cash and Checks are accepted. Stay posted for credit card payment allowance, to be offered soon.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that I reserve a specific time slot for you, will be charged the session rate of $100 if you miss an appointment or fail to notify us 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment. Payment for the missed session will occur prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment without payment, I will not meet and you will be charged for that appointment at the session rate. At that time, another appointment will not be scheduled until payemnt for missed sessions has been received.

IF you have pre-purchased a 12 session package rescheduling will occur at no penalty due to pre-payment. However, I do ask that you also give 24 hour notice when needing to reschedule as it will allow me the opportunity to fill your vacated session for that week.
